Finger Size
YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR EXACT FINGER SIZE BEFORE ORDERING. If you don't know what that
size is, you can have any local jeweler check your size for you. OR you can order a ring that is slightly
larger than you think you need, then have it sized locally. We do NOT size rings. We manufacture all
Sterling & Gold rings to the size that you order and we ship rings in the size that you order. If you
order the wrong finger size and need to exchange that ring for another finger size, you will have to pay
shipping and a $10.00 exchange charge. That's why it is important to know the right size. In the case
of a surprise gift, it is better to order a slightly larger ring and have it sized close to home.
Returns
There is a 30 day guarantee & return privilege for all stock items. A Re-Stocking Fee may apply if the
item is not defective. Custom and Special Order items are returnable only if defective or by pre-
arrangement with J R Design. Rings that have been worn are not returnable for exchange or credit
unless defective. For all returns, you must first contact JR Design for a “Return Merchandise
Authorization” (RMA) number.
Payment
Make all forms of payment payable to J R Design. You may Phone in your order Toll Free with your
Visa or Mastercard. You may also order via Mail with your credit card information or Personal or
Company Check or a Money Order. Please do not send cash. All Checks MUST be drawn on U. S.
Banks and be in U. S. Dollars. Money orders must be in U. S. Dollars or they will be returned to you.
International orders can only be paid with PayPal.
We Do Not Ship C.O.D.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
1st Class Mail - $5.50 for 1 item and $2.00 for each additional item. This includes Insurance.
Additional Insurance charges may apply for orders with Gold Jewelry.
Priority Mail is available at the rate of $8.50 for 1 item and $2.00 for each additional item. This
charge includes Insurance.
For 2nd Day Air UPS shipping the charge is approx. $22.75 for 1 item, and $2.00 for each additional
item. Rates may be higher for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional Insurance charges may
apply for orders with Gold Jewelry.
PLEASE NOTE!! During the Christmas & Valentine's seasons, manufacturing and shipping times
can get backlogged as much as 2 weeks. Please don't wait until the last minute to order your rings
and pendants. We are a small company and it is not always possible to keep up with the large
volume of orders placed during these two holiday seasons.
