| We only work in Solid Sterling Silver and Solid 14K Gold. We do not manufacture "Plated" or "Filled" Jewelry. If it says Sterling Silver, it is Solid Sterling Silver. If it says 14K, It is Solid 14K Gold. Guaranteed All of the jewelry on this web site is warranted by us for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and defects in workmanship. If you have a problem when you receive a piece of jewelry from us, you have 30 days to return the item to us. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received by you, in the original packaging. If the jewelry has been worn or damaged in any way, it is not returnable under any circumstance. You must call JR Design to obtain a Return Authorization Number before attempting to make a return. The jewelry is not warranted against other than normal wear and tear or exposure to chemicals or other substances that are detrimental to the jewelry. |

| Busy Season Shipping & Possible Delays |
| Our normal order receipt to shipping time for Sterling Silver jewelry is 2 to 3 when this may not hold true. These are during Christmas and Valentine's Seasons. Orders can, not always, but can be backed up as much as 2 weeks as opposed to our regular shipping time of no more than 4 business days from the time the order is received. Christmas is very busy with individual orders and Valentine's Season is busy with large Youth Group orders from all over the country. If you think you will need to place an order during these 2 busy periods, please plan accordingly.
